Sponsorship Package

Polish Scholarship Fund, Inc., is pleased to offer a main sponsorship package to anyone interested.

The Polish Festival in Clinton Square, Syracuse, New York, is a fun filled, three-days event for the entire family, showcasing Polish heritage, culture and economic potential of the entire community. Expected to attract 25,000-30,000 people, this event provides an excellent vehicle for corporations, community businesses and organizations to promote the visibility of their products and services.

Multi-media promotion of the Polish Festival will provide maximum exposure for sponsors and present them as a driving force behind this event.

• TV exposure in the Syracuse Metropolitan area
• Central New York Radio commercials for the event
• A full cover page ad in the Polish Festival Program Book
• Logo included in 8,000 flyers for the event
• Two banners on the Clinton Square premises (provided by the sponsor or PSF if so desired)
• Signage on the stage (provided by the sponsor or PSF if so desired)
• Logo in the metropolitan area newspapers
• Center place on all promotional materials: posters, brochures, flyers
• VIP seats in the Clinton Square

Business Opportunity

Polish Scholarship Fund, Inc., encourages all interested in participating in the Polish Festival to take advantage of the following opportunities. For those interested in advertising only there are ample opportunities to promote their business in printed materials.

Booth and Tent Rentals

• Rental of special 10' x 20' or 15' x 15' food booths is $800.00
• Rental of special 10' x 10' non-food booth space is $250.00
• tents will be provided at request for an additional fee
• All booths and tents are equipped with one table and two chairs

• Full Page (8.5" x 5.5"):    $250.00
• 1/2 Page (4" x 5.5"):       $150.00
• 1/3 Page (2.75" x 5.5"):  $100.00
